Individual 50-min sessions are $175

I am an out-of-network provider and do not take insurance, but I am happy to provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit for reimbursement. Need help navigating out of network insurance? Click here for help.

I meet with clients on a weekly basis (or sometimes more than once a week depending on your situation).

I do not see patients less than weekly, because at least weekly is needed for you to see a real improvement and progress in your mental health.

Once we decide to work together, it is best to find appointment times that are workable for the both of us, and will be consistent from week to week. For the duration of our work together, you will be responsible for payment for each appointment regardless of whether you have attended. You are not charged for the sessions when I am unavailable because of a pre-planned absence or illness.

This regularity allows us to get to the core root of your struggles rather than just maintenance therapy. We will find a time that is consistent week to week and I hold this hour for you each week.

I take payment by cash, check, card, or HSA. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
